Dr. Tara Shammas is a Doctor of Chiropractic, she earned her degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2021. Dr. Shammas completed her preceptorship and postdoctoral fellowship at the AMIT Clinic, where she trained under Dr. Craig Buhler and obtained certification in the A.M.I.T.® method. She combines a variety of therapeutic techniques, including chiropractic adjustments, muscle testing, trigger point therapy, fascial therapy, acupressure, and reflexology, to support her patients’ overall health and recovery. In addition, she specializes in prenatal chiropractic care, utilizing the Webster Technique to help women maintain comfort and mobility throughout pregnancy.
Dr Shammas believes in a proactive approach to health, helping patients enhance their mobility, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life. She is passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health and guiding them toward sustainable wellness
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Shammas enjoys staying active through hiking, skiing, and running.
