Direct Billing

We offer Direct Billing with a number of health insurance companies in the UAE. Visit our Booking platform for more information on our approved insurance list. If you do not find your insurer, you can call us and verify upon booking your appointment.

Here are important tips before you book an appointment and secure coverage by your insurance company:

Every insurance company has a defined process their members and DISC clinics must abide by.
An eligibility check with your insurance company is required to ensure your coverage for DISC services.
We encourage patients to explore the patient portal (clickable) and create their patient profiles. Make sure to include your Emirates ID number and insurance card details.
Or send a copy of your insurance card and Emirates ID (front and back) to our WhatsApp Number +971 52 121 4295 or email insurance.abudhabi@disc-me.com for an eligibility check.
If you require a Doctor's referral, we can assist you with a list of doctors in the community if you do not already have your practitioner.
If your insurance company requires approval, check for DISC services before an appointment, please send a copy of your Insurance Card and Civil ID (front and back) and Doctor's referral letter (as confirmed by your insurance company) to the DISC-Abu Dhabi WhatsApp Number (+965) 993 19488 or email insurance.abudhabi@disc-me.com for the approval check.
A member of the DISC insurance team will contact you, informing you about your eligibility check and booking an appointment as applicable.
Please bring your insurance card with you (soft or hard copy).

Pay and Claim

If your health insurance is not listed, DISC does not offer direct billing with your insurance company.

Please read the below before booking an appointment so you can claim / reimburse from the insurance company after your appointment:

Call your insurance company (locate the phone number on the back of your insurance card).
Check if you have coverage for Orthopedic, Sports or Family Medicine, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Physiotherapy or Psychology services.
Ask about requirements to claim your money after the appointment.
Book your appointment. We encourage patients to explore the Booking Platform, to book their teleconsultation or in clinic appointment. If you need help, call +971 4 561 6870.
We can assist you with all the documentation for your reimbursement.

Guarantee of Payment

If your insurance company provides a Guarantee of Payment, please ask your insurance company to email insurance.abudhabi@disc-me.com, and our team will coordinate with them to help find a billing solution and assist with any documentation process.
