Dr. Monia Khedir is a DOH-licensed Family Medicine Consultant at DISC Abu Dhabi, where she provides personalised, whole-person care for adults and families. Her practice combines family medicine with lifestyle management, nutrition, longevity medicine, women's health and aesthetic medicine.
She trained at the University of Strasbourg, France, and graduated in Family Medicine and Nutrition from Aix-Marseille University. She holds a Master's degree in Anti-Aging and Aesthetic Medicine and is a certified Longevity Coach from the Geneva College of Longevity Science.
Before joining DISC, Dr. Khedir practised as a Family Medicine Consultant in France, caring for patients of all ages and managing both acute and chronic conditions, then in Geneva, Switzerland, as a consultant in Family Medicine, Nutrition and Regenerative Medicine. Her commitment to preventive care and continuous learning guides how she supports each patient through their own health journey.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys Mediterranean cooking, Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu and running.
