Alhanouf Alhammadi is a DOH-licensed physiotherapist at DISC Abu Dhabi with 5 years of clinical experience in post-acute and long-term rehabilitation. She treats musculoskeletal and spinal conditions, post-operative cases including ACL rehabilitation, joint pain and movement impairments, with individualised plans combining exercise and manual therapy. Her background also covers neurological and paediatric physiotherapy, including complex cases.
She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Fatima College of Health Sciences (2020) and an MSc in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (2024). Her further training includes the Mulligan Concept (A and B)(2023), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization for paediatrics(2025), hydrotherapy and dry needling(2021).
Before joining DISC in September 2026, Alhanouf spent five years at M42 Amana Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, delivering neurological, musculoskeletal and paediatric rehabilitation and training staff and students. She completed clinical placements in the UAE and at Wooridul Spine Center in South Korea, worked as a Student-training clinician with Special Olympics athletes at UAE, MENA and World Games (2016 to 2020), and is Vice President of the Emirates Physiotherapy Society.
